At LookerOnline, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear purchase. If you are not happy with your glasses or sunglasses, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Place the eyewear in its original designer case and packaging, ensuring all tags, cleaning cloths, and authenticity certificates are included.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
